Have we changed enough already?” As leaders of organizations, communities and people, we are expected to be resilient through change. Amber McMillan is an Executive Educator, Non-Profit Expert, Thought Leader, Change Agent, Online Content Creator and Speaker. She is passionate about ‘leadership and people management’ and is the current Chair of the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration. As Chair, she supports credentialled CVAs worldwide in volunteer management excellence and is excited to spread her contagious enthusiasm for the profession. She teaches Leadership, Communication and Stakeholder Management to Master’s students in universities across Canada and serves as Chief Visionary Officer at Rogers Society in her hometown of Victoria, BC.
